Use this item to change your character's slot Position on the Character Select menu.
After using this item you must logout to the Character Select menu and Right-Click on the character and choose 'Move Slot'
You can then choose a new slot a right-clicking that slot and choosing 'Move to this Slot' and confirming.
You can use this item once and it is account bound
